Antique album for CDVs. The Photographic Album manufactured by Altemus & Co, Philadelphia. Hinged back patented July 21st 1863. The exterior is covered in brown leather with gilt detailing to the front and the spine. The front cover has the name S.C. Haak. Gilt finish to the page edges. Overall measurements are approximately 6 1/8 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. There are 50 pages each with one window that measures approximately 2 x 3 1/4 inches. This is an antique item and there are some signs of age and use. The pages have some damage and some foxing. Some scratches and wear to the cover plus what looks like mildew to the front cover.
