BOTH LETTER AND ENVELOPE IN EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. RATION CERTIFICATES, DATED 9-14-43, ONE IS FOR THIRTY TWO POINTS OF PROCESSED FOODS AND OTHER IS FOR THIRTY TWO POINTS OF MEAT AND FATS. BOTH IN GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION, SOME SMALL LIGHT STAINS AND FOLD MARKS. POST CARDS IN FAIR CONDITION, CORNER MAIN AND CAMBRIA STREET BELLWOD, PA POST CARD HAS WRITING BUT NO STAMP.
