Tele 2x Extender For Canon Fd W Case

Focal MC 2x converter. There is some dust present to the lens but no haze, fungus or scratches. The barrel is in very good cosmetic condition with only light marks/scratches. Comes with front and rear caps and case. There is some writing to the case interior.
