Comes with original metal lens hood, 52mm UV filter, and rear cap. Lens glass has a little bit of dust and some small scratches but no haze or fungus. Aperture opens and closes smoothly with no oil on blades. Zoom and focus move smoothly. Lens barrel is in excellent cosmetic condition with minor wear.
