Statement on Card:
For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by you, or anyone authorized by you, of any and all photographs which you have this day taken of me, negative or positive, proofs of which are hereto attached, for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to me. All negatives and positives, together with the prints shall constitute your property, solely and completely.

There are lines to write the Date, Models Name and/or Signature, Address, Phone Number, City, State, Zip, Signature of Parent or Guardian (If Model is a Minor), and Signature of a Witness.

The cards measure 4 1/4" x 3 1/4".

Shipping
I ship within 1–3 business days from receiving payment. I use USPS Priority Mail for domestic & for international orders. Shipping upgrades are available for most orders. A tracking number and insurance is provided for each order.

Refunds and Exchanges
Any return requests must be received within 14 days of the delivery date of your purchase
Returns are allowed for items that customer feels was not as described. Please make sure to read the Item details before making your purchase
Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping cost
Refunds are not allowed for international orders where package is lost or stolen. Outside of the U.S. Claims must be filed by you with the USPS.
