Magazine Cyclone No. 2 Camera by Western Camera Mfg. Co. Circa 1898-1900s

Western Camera Magazine Cyclone 2 camera. It does not appear to be in working order - the shutter does not fire. We do not know what the issue is. Sold as is. Cosmetically it has significant wear and tear (please see photos).
