Comes with instruction manual, jvc rm-v718u remote control, jvc bn-v408u battery pack (does not come with battery charger), jvc ap-v13u ac adapter, jvc 1gb sd card, panasonic dvc 60 min cassette, and jvc case with strap. Case measures approximately 11 x 7.5 x 6.5 inches. 
Case is in good used condition with some marks but no major damage.
