No tears or cracks in plastic. The gold trim on the flap has a protective coating on it that will need a little tlc to get the gold underneath to shine. It has aged and does not peel off as easily and leaves a residue that can be cleaned off. Once that is done it looks like new.
Great for actual use, making a purse, gift bag, Makeup bag or any storage diy project.
