The top flap is secured with a double zipper and velcro at the end. There is a removable cushion insert. With the insert, the internal dimensions are approximately 8 1/4" x 5 1/4" x 4 1/4". The overall dimensions of the bag are approximately 12" x 6" x 5 3/4".
