Bell & Howell Electric Eye movie camera. The motor and winder are not working. They seem to be stuck. We do not know what the issue is so it is being sold as is. For prop or display only. Cosmetically it is in good vintage condition with some marks and wear. Some dust present to the lenses but they look to be clear of haze and scratches. Some haze to the viewfinder but no cracks.
