380mm F4.5 Taylor-Hobson Cooke Brass Portrait Lens Series IIE, Soft Focus with Lens caps. The front lens cap is the original cap but the rear lens cap does not fit well but is there for protection. The front cap is worn and delicate due to age and it is separating along edges. The lens does not have any scratches or fungus but does have a slight haze but could be easily cleaned. **it seems like its residue from cleaning inside lens at one point** The blades do not have any signs of oil or rust and move smoothly. The soft focus ring moves good but its a little tight. The lens board has wear along edges but still is very usable.
