1900's Antique Medical Dispenser for Cotton Balls

The metal platform under the grate is attached to the spring to keep the cotton balls at the top. The dispenser is in good shape with normal wear. Spring inside still is springy! The lid has a small hair like crack on one edge where the little lips to hold the lid on. The lid will not stay on if not sitting up properly.
The overall size is approximately 4 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". The internal chamber is approximately 2 5/8" in diameter and approximately 2 1/8" deep.
